We talk a lot about making things better for the future. That’s a good thing. But with that focus, we tend to disregard what’s going on right here and now.
And life is nothing BUT the constant string of here-and-now. So if we’re not paying attention, not living life as it happens – well, it just passes. Time does that. Here’s some great questions to help you focus on the present.
It can actually take a bit of work to observe and appreciate your present situation. Instead of focusing on the problems, let’s – just for a moment – see all the positive things that are around us. And be grateful. We are fortunate to live in an amazing world.
