I grew up in Colorado and currently live in Fort Collins, Colorado. I graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in software engineering, and have worked for several companies and a government agency in the US and Australia during my career thus far.
I have extensive experience in business strategy, organizational design, operational management, and development of computer products. Since I have a passion for expanding my knowledge and understanding how things work, I have done process design and implementation in many of these areas, leading to deep expertise and an appreciation for making practical tradeoffs in my work.
About ten years ago, I found a deeper passion in professional Coaching, and am now a Certified Comprehensive Organizational Coach. I am a member in good standing of the International Coach Federation and the Northern Colorado Coaches Alliance.

My experience in career coaching led me to write a book to help employees who are struggling to manage the course of their careers inside a large organization. You’ll find much more information about the book here on the website.
I’ve done well over 450 hours of personal and group coaching, including the support I gave to my employer’s leadership development program. I created and led a large and rapidly growing community of practice focused on Coaching for my employer.
