Here\u2019s what\u2019s interesting about this: usually they\u2019re so  focused on trying to find a solution that they don\u2019t notice that they\u2019re not  sure what the real problem is.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s an example. Joseph is struggling because he\u2019s not happy with his job:  the work isn\u2019t interesting, his boss is a jerk, and the organization is overly  political.
