I’ve talked about this before, but here’s the thing: \u00a0Even when you’re leaving a job – especially at that time – you have to decide who you want to be. \u00a0Ultimately, you have to be at peace with yourself<\/em> over your decision. \u00a0And, believe me, your choices will come back to haunt you in the future. \u00a0The world is just too small to hide from karma.<\/p>\n

So, decide: \u00a0Do you want to be known as honest, useful, helpful, someone that those people might want to work with again? \u00a0Or do you want to be known as deceitful, bitter, and someone they’re glad to not have to know anymore?<\/p>\n

Yes, it may hurt. \u00a0We’re all human, and pain is a part of that game. \u00a0But it’s your choice to how you use that pain, whether you use it to burn your bridges, or to build new ones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
